Our technique of PVD vacuum ion coating is developed from Institute of Nuclear Energy Research. Through government-industry cooperation, we started involved in development and research on it from 2000. In 2007, we started to test on machine and stationed in Southern Taiwan Environmental Science and Technology Park. We have the biggest industrial PVD-arc furnace (1100mmX3000mm) for large work pieces and the whole process is under temperature 250℃as Germany. Our TCC screws are strong wear-resistance, corrosion-resistance, oxidization-resistance, and easy-clean. The substrate of screw is hard steel from Japan, and the life of our screw is more than twice folds than traditional ones. Due to the difference of substrates, we can adjust the process to cater to customized necessary. Besides, to strength the weariness-resistance, solve the problem of material corrasion, reduce cost and keep on protecting environment are what we can do for plastics industry good.
