Company Development and History Kuang Hsing Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 1971. It happened to be the time when the world was facing an energy crisis. However, struck by the then fashion of 007 briefcases (ABS briefcases), we dedicated ourselves to researching and developing a vacuum forming machine used to produce ABS briefcases. Our product soon received high recognition and was welcomed in the briefcase industry worldwide. Orders for the machine came in unceasingly. At the same time we also focused our R&D on vacuum forming machines for refrigerators. This machine also sold well all over the world. Our customers include various major enterprise companies who adopted our machines in their production lines. In 1985, the government promoted the use of single-use tableware (wash-free tableware), which also prompted us to develop high-speed vacuum forming machines, and we thus became the first manufacturer of polyethylene tableware forming machines in Taiwan.
