UVAT Technology Co. Ltd, a PVD maker and coating system supplier founded in Taiwan since 2002, has many experts coming from different technical backgrounds including mechanical, electrical, electronic, chemical, and materials engineering to create a very strong team for developing vacuum sputtering system and applying customization processes of electromagnetic impedance(EMI) coatings of various notebooks and mobile phones and non-conductive vacuum metal(NCVM) coatings. In addition, we are heading to the development of vacuum sputtering systems for thin-film solar cells. We will continue to focus on development of new PVD techniques, by which the manufacturing of sputtering systems and R&D of productions are combined for providing the customization processes to domestic 3C and solar cells makers in order to develop and improve the vacuum sputtering applications on environmental and green technologies.
