 In Autumn 1994, shoelaces manufcturer, Ming-Chi Manufacturing, a small factory in middle part Taiwan, was established. The unit struggled through its tough times and is now heading toward greater scale management. The founder transforms this once tiny factory step by step with her unwavering characters—honesty, tenacity, responsibility, and the courage to conquer impossibilities. The industrial plant went from 5 years, to 10 years, and then 20 years. During the Spring of 2014, the founder of this small unit founded Machien Industrial Corporation, a professional braiding-product company, under the support of its contemporaries, customers, and our loving God. The new foundation continues to be motivated by the core values of its organizer. Yet, different from the old, the new adds in spices of innovation and creativity, aiming to surpass the original model. We are set to compete, strive, and excel for excellency, even in an age of complicated challenges.
