J Lesker Group which settles on superiority of the Asian semiconductor development and unifies Mr. K.T Lee's semiconductor cultivation policy ; Mr. Mark .C Lesker and Mr. W.F feng unifies elites in semiconductor field and establish Orient Service Co;Ltd in 1982. The O.S.C agents K.J.L's vacuum parts 、 vacuum system、chiller and CDO thermal wet type scrubber which usual used by semiconductor manufacturer. The O.S.C established R&D department and obtained U.S Conquest Tek. technology transfer in 1996 . The O.S.C product scrubber which was the first assembled by Chinese in 1998 , the scrubber created stir in Taiwan semiconductor field . In all colleague joint effort, our proxy products` business volume is growing every year. Our headquarter is in Hsin Chu （ Taiwan ） , we also have branch in Tai Pei 、 Tai Chung 、 Tai Nan to serve customer efficiently . Focus in semiconductor manufacturing 、 opto and other high technology field development potential , we set Shang Hai Wuumar Vacuum technology co.; Ltd in 2000 .
