Founded in 1998, CHC is a professional TS 16949 certified manufacturer with hot /warm/combination forging, heat treating and surface treating in one roof. With abundant experience in developing tooling for Taiwan local forgers, CHC is rather competent in developing new and difficult item to achieve customer’s expectation. Presently, CHC has been providing product to EU, America and Asia area, it covered industries like Automotive (70%), Bicycle, Motorcycle, rail, agricultural, special equipment and security equipment. While providing customer with complex geometry and close tolerance parts, CHC has put innovating forging technology, adding equipments and enhancing management the first priority. CHC has added SIMUFACT mold flow software and 5 ton air drop hammer, to satisfy the need of heavy and complex part from customer. Our team (142) has been able to forge varieties of aluminum alloy, brass alloy, carbon and steel alloy product, weight ranged 190g-47kg. Our concept is that all quality begins with raw material and the involvement of all team members, thus to satisfy customer’s expectation for higher quality and lower price.
