Develop import and export business. Meantime our capital assets was invested to NTS5,000,000. 1991 Began to design automobile unitary body welding procedure, design and produce welding fixtures. Establish affiliates and the capital assets was invested to NT$15,000,000. 1992 Introduced CAD/CAM technology into our production. 1993 Develop and produce high strength high efficiency welding machine and robot welder. 1994 Implemented the total quality control concept and organize the quality developing team to acquire approvals from international standardization organizations. 1995 Apply patents for X type and C type welding machine. 1996 Received patents’ approvals of X type and C type welding machine; R&D corporation with Japanese NADEX Company.
