 SONG MARK Enterprises Co., Ltd. was founded in Taoyuan, Taiwan, in 1979. The company has grown from a small plant with a mere 4,000 sq. ft. and 10 employees into a plant with 30,000 sq. ft. and 50 employees. It also has a joint venture in Mainland China, set up in 1996, with 250 staff. The company is a professional OEM and ODM manufacturer specializing in plastic injection molds and plastic injection forming. Moreover, it assists its clients with handling of plastic products-related spray painting, printing, ultrasound joining, assembly, and so on. To diversify its business, in addition to the OEM and ODM business, the company set up a foreign trade department in 1998 in order to procure necessary products (cosmetics, dust bags, textiles, prints, mechanical equipment, die casting products, hardware parts, rubber products, etc.). The company has amassed nearly thirty years of manufacturing experience in professional plastic injection molds and plastic injection forming and has become ISO 9001 certified. As issues related to safety, health and environmental protection are increasingly diverse and important, also achieved ISO 14001 certification in 2006. So far its clients spread over Japan, the Americas, and Europe. To enhance the company's production quality and high- efficiency operations, in addition to upgrading mechanical equipment and computer-aided test equipment, the company dispatches high-level technicians such as quality assurance personnel, directors of the manufacturing department, design and development talent to go abroad to learn the latest technology. This is also one of the company's annual key projects. Besides, internal education and training and performance assessment are held on a monthly basis.
