 Company Development and History Kuang Hsing Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 1971. It happened to be the time when the world was facing an energy crisis. However, struck by the then fashion of 007 briefcases (ABS briefcases), we dedicated ourselves to researching and developing a vacuum forming machine used to produce ABS briefcases. Our product soon received high recognition and was welcomed in the briefcase industry worldwide. Orders for the machine came in unceasingly. At the same time we also focused our R&D on vacuum forming machines for refrigerators. This machine also sold well all over the world. Our customers include various major enterprise companies who adopted our machines in their production lines. In 1985, the government promoted the use of single-use tableware (wash-free tableware), which also prompted us to develop high-speed vacuum forming machines, and we thus became the first manufacturer of polyethylene tableware forming machines in Taiwan. In 1987, we worked in technological cooperation with Japanese vacuum forming machine manufacturers and produced continuous vacuum forming and trim-punching machines. In 2000, we started to develop a four-point support MAGIC Series automatic pressure thermoforming with trim-punching machines. This highly flexible machine is suitable for various applications. In 2005, we are developing the cam-type automatic pressure thermoforming with trim-punching machine. Innovations of Kuang Hsing Machines Kuang Hsing specializes in manufacturing whole-plant equipment for producing plastic thermoforming products. PP, PS, PE, PVC, OPS, ABS, PET and PLA(Biodegradable), our machines are suitable for making bathtubs, inner and outer linings of refrigerators, cosmetics boxes, automobile parts, aircraft parts, fitness equipment, and various general industrial big-scale products; they are also suitable for making disposable tableware, high drawn drinking cups, M-shape bottom bowl, fruit clamshell, blister, medical products, safety helmets, and various packing containers with a special contour. We are devoted to R&D in mechanical molds combining with our years of experience in design and manufacture, offering customers more flexibility and various selections of products to use. We also provide customized design and manufacture to special specifications of our customers. Through export of all-plant equipment, we provide our customers with premium equipment and state-of-the-art technology. Our design philosophy is to seek and identify the problems and get the most economical design solution via aggregation of our findings. We have recently developed the more advanced MAGIC Series automatic pressure thermoforming with trim-punching machines, which has obtained patent rights for its special structure in the US, Germany, Japan, China, and Taiwan. This newly developed automatic pressure thermoforming with trim-punching machine features complete processes in one unit with multi-functions such as forming, trim-punching, cutting, and punching. Our product quality has reached international standards. With our high-quality working team, Kuang Hsing provides most satisfying services to our customers from design planning, processing and manufacturing, assembling, production technology training to after-sales services.
